At Bram’s forge
Purchased upgrades are permanent. Return Strike deals 65% damage once per enemy on recall; Bladed String deals 13% every 0.25s along the deployed tether. Strength scales with quality, gaining 10% per tier to 1.5x at Mythic, separately from prices. Damage upgrades already use the weapon’s quality power budget.
